The Easter Bunny that likes to Watch Steven Segal Movies

as part of How to Make a Monster

An installation of a chocolate Easter Bunny that watches not Steven Segal movies but a Ninja Crash course.
The bunny consists of wood, styrofoam and chocolate. My father Franzueli Rechsteiner has constructed the actually bunny for me. The Bunny is watching a Ninja Crash course for future Ninjas.

The Chocolate Easter Bunny (child) is getting ready for the world out there by watching cool action movies.

Background:

As with all my work for How to Make a Monster this installation deals with my personal biography and childhood. I am the bunny that is getting ready for adulthood. One day I will be a hero, maybe even take another man's life for the sole purpose of being a recognized hero who fights for a good cause. The chocoale bunny represents on the one hand the pure, innocent and naive child and on the other hand the evolution from child to man - the chocolate turns stale, maybe melts and reveals an adult.

Bunny

The Bunny needs to be fed three jars of Nutella per month to keep it growing.
